Starting with a Walmart Item Number

• Enter as much of the Style Number, Item Number, UPC Number, and / or Department Number as you know for the desired items and click 'Filter Items'.
• You can use % and * as wildcard characters (not needed at beginning or end of entry).
• You may enter multiple values in each entry field, separated by commas.
• Entering a portion of an entry will find that portion anywhere within the full value (i.e. '23' will find '23124','12345', '55123').
• You may select more than one item by clicking the desired check boxes.
• Selected item information will automatically be entered into the desired Application Form.
• Our laboratories have specific rules regarding which items can be grouped together into one unit of testing.
• Please consult the lab to which you are sending your sample for further information.
